If I had to explain to someone what it is I love about my career, I would tell them it’s the people I get to help, the professionals I get to know and work with, the tech and data side of it and the endless opportunities that exist every day. I have been self-employed since I was 18 and still being able to have 100% freedom with my time is amazing to me at this point in my work life.

Real estate sales at their core haven’t really changed, however, the paperwork side of things and the way transactions get done have dramatically changed from the tech side of things. I am always looking forward to seeing what’s next and bring the latest tools to my business to help my clients and myself have a better, more efficient sales experience from start to finish.

When people ask me what my hobbies are, it’s pretty simple: I love music, mostly heavy metal, blues, R & B, pretty much everything from the 70’s on. I like to cook though my favorite recreational activities are Jet Skiing, Boating, Dirt Biking and Hiking. On the tech side, I like database development and looking at sales and market statistics for my real estate business.

I have been practicing real estate full time for 28+ years in the Santa Clarita Valley. I was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley (Granada Hills) and am very familiar with all areas of Southern California.
